“Learning from the best” is the motto of the 5th Ulm Nursing Management Conference. It is about transformational leadership, structural empowerment, autonomy of care, professional practice, empirical outcomes, quality of care, innovations and development, digitalization, global issues and the impact of demographic development. Thursday, 21 September, and Friday, 22 September, various lectures will take place. Speakers from the field will address topics such as “Excellence development in nursing and the Magnet® model” or “Excellence development in nursing and health care – best practice Why? What? How?”
